Thanksgiving Food Drive: Supporting Our Community

 

The Old Baldy Foundation is excited to partner with the Village Chapel of Bald Head Island for our Thanksgiving Food Drive, running from November 1st through 20th. Together, we’re supporting Brunswick Family Assistance and SOIICF to help families in need this holiday season.

This is a wonderful opportunity to spread holiday cheer and make a meaningful impact in our community. We’re collecting the most needed items to help provide essential goods to families facing hardship:

 

Most Needed Items:

• Foods: Canned goods, pasta, rice, stuffing mix, and bread items

• Seasonings: Spices and condiments for holiday meals

• Hygiene Products: Diapers, baby wipes, shampoo, soap, feminine hygiene products, and other essentials

• Cleaning Supplies: Laundry detergent, bleach, etc.

How You Can Help:

• Drop Off Locations: Donations can be made at Old Baldy Lighthouse (specific details to come).

• Join Us: Whether you’re local or visiting, we encourage everyone to participate and give what you can. Every donation makes a difference in helping families in our community have a brighter holiday season.
