2026 Fourth of July Parade
What a celebration! The Old Baldy Foundation’s annual Golf Cart Parade was a fantastic day filled with festive spirit, creativity, and community pride. Thank you to everyone who joined us to make it such a memorable event.

Register Your Golf Cart for the 2026 Fourth of July Parade
Celebrate Independence Day in true Bald Head Island style by joining the annual Fourth of July Golf Cart Parade. This festive community tradition kicks off at 10:00 AM on July 4th, with parade lineup beginning at 9:00 AM in Marina Park.
Same Day Registration will be $30 CASH ONLY
About the Event:
Participants will decorate their golf carts and cruise a scenic parade route through the island, with judging taking place at the historic Old Baldy Lighthouse. After the parade, stick around for a prize ceremony at Old Baldy, where winners will be recognized for their creativity and festive spirit.
Entry Categories: ANNOUNCEMENT COMING SOON! This year's themes will look a little different. We will be honoring America 250 with special historic and partiotic themes!
Spectators Welcome:
All are invited to watch the parade from along the route or gather at Old Baldy for a great view of the procession and award ceremony.

Parade Start: 10:00 AM sharp
Parade Route
The Parade check in and lineup will begin at 9Am in Marina Park. The parade will then begin, passing Old Baldy for judging, following the parade route, then end again at Old Baldy, where the prize ceremony will take place.
